N°02 — The StudioZürich · Est. 2025

An investment
studio.

grow. is a small studio of operators investing in proven consumer brands. Built on a decade of building our own company — and this expertise we now bring to every company we back.

N°02.1 — Thesis

Built by operators.

We have spent the last decade building and scaling our own company — from the first storefront to multi-location operations, from the first product line to international rollout.

We invest in companies that have already proven their concept in market. From there, we partner closely — bringing the operating muscle, brand craft and commercial systems that turn early traction into a durable business.

N°02.3 — Delano & Andri · Our success story

How we built our own company.

From a single summer pop-up to the biggest healthy fast food brand — thirteen restaurants and a European ambition. Now we want to help early-stage businesses take their next steps.

  1. 2017

    First pop-up. Proof of concept.

Delano, Andri and three co-founders return from Southeast Asia and open a summer pop-up at Europaallee in Zürich. A single location, one menu — enough to prove the concept works.

  2. 2018 – 2021

    Store-in-store. Bootstrapped.

Instead of taking on full leases, kaisin. sub-rents space inside bars and cafés as a store-in-store concept. Low overhead, fast learning — every franc saved is reinvested into the first own locations.

  3. 2021 – 2026

    Building up 13 restaurants.

Strategy shift to standalone flagships. Altstetten, Talacker, Oerlikon, Seefeld, Enge, Hardbrücke, HB, Binz, Zug — and openings in Basel and Lucerne — bring the network to thirteen restaurants.

  4. 2024

    Management buyout of three co-founders.

Delano and Andri lead a management buyout of three co-founders, consolidating ownership and clearing the runway for the next stage of growth.

  5. 2027 – 2030

    Scaling across Europe.

From a Swiss platform of own restaurants and a real production kitchen, kaisin. expands beyond Switzerland — with the ambition to become the largest bowl provider in Europe.
